RENO, Nev. (AP) _ Washoe County sheriff's deputies say a Sun Valley man is facing multiple charges after forcing his way into his ex-wife's home with a rifle.

Lawrence Cash, 56, was arrested Saturday night after deputies used a Taser to subdue him.

Authorities said Cash entered the home of his ex-wife armed with a rifle just before midnight. The woman was home with her two young daughters.

Authorities said one bullet discharged into the ceiling as she wrestled him for control of the weapon.

The two were fighting on the front porch when deputies arrived and disarmed Cash, who continued to fight until he was Tasered and handcuffed.
