RENO, Nev. (AP) _ City workers made more than twice as much in overtime pay than Washoe County employees and one-third more than city of Sparks employees in 2007.



An Reno Gazette-Journal analysis of the payroll records comes as Reno is preparing to lay off 36 employees if city unions do not agree to give up a scheduled 2.1 percent pay raise in the next two weeks.
